Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn items in the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the packing slip to help us identify your order.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
